• Each room will be equipped with a screen. Additional equipment is the responsibility of the presenter.
• Wireless Internet access is available in all meeting rooms at the Classic Center.
• Handouts are the responsibility of the presenter. Up to 100 copies may be needed. A sign-up mailing list for those not receiving handouts is required.
• This year a computer lab (20-25 stations) will be available for a limited number of presenters. Indicate in the "Special Requests" box below if you would like to use the lab.
